We have a plan that lets a technician come in twice a year. Once to check our furnace and other to check the air conditioning unit. Techs are always on time, respectful of our home and very friendly. Answers any and all of our questions we may have. We had Mark in today and he was great. No complaints at all.
I called in a panic at 6am because my air-conditioning wasn't working. The gentleman I spoke with in the phone was professional and very helpful, offered me hints of what to check before they sent someone out and stayed on the phone with me while I looked into what I could. Then same day they sent Steven, he was professional, knowledgeable and just an all round nice guy. Highly recommend Mr. Furnace!
Mr.Furnace did a fantastic job. I received a call 15 minutes prior to the technician arriving, which allowed me to leave work . I didn’t have to wait all day at home . He was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes . Even better, he had the required part in his truck and repaired the air conditioner in under 30 minutes. I was able to pay immediately with a credit card and my warranty was registered online . He did it all! They were set up digitally for my convenience . I had no idea they had lots of stock prepared and on sight, what a huge convenience. In the past I’ve had to wait weeks for parts to come in . I’m very happy with the prompt reliable service and fair prices .

We had an air conditioner installed this spring. Because it was cold outside, the installer thought it best to turn it on when it was warmer as the cold could ice up the unit. When the warm weather arrived we turned it on using the thermostat but the air conditioner didn’t kick in. We called Mr. Furnace and they sent Claude, their technician, out within 2 hours. I was surprised at such quick service. He was very polite and wore those booties to protect our floors. The problem was a simple one ( it hadn’t been turned on outside) but Claude gave the A/C unit an inspection and the connections to our furnace inside as well. I really appreciated his professionalism and his thoroughness. Everything is running just fine. I have been a Mr. Furnace customer for years and they and their technicians have never failed us.
I had a furnace issues and recently decided to have Mr. Furnace come do the work (way to go on the green vans, brand recognition is everything!) After using their extremely easy-to-use website I was called within a couple of hours and booked a technician to come in the SAME day. The lady on the phone was awesome and we booked for the afternoon. Shortly after that, she called back and asked if we were available in the morning and we were so our technician, Bryan, arrived promptly. They even call to tell you when the tech. is on their way.
Bryan pulled up in a clean, well-maintained green Mr. Furnace van and presented himself very professionally. He was friendly and asked the right questions regarding our issue. Our call was a diagnostic visit and the outcome was very favorable. We'll definitely use them again.
