Niagara Granite & Marble

We recently needed a remnant for a fireplace. Niagara Granite and Marble were fantastic to deal with and best price. They were quick to respond to emails and questions, and to make it. Definitely will use them again once I can convince my husband to renovate bathroom.

Had our quartz countertops done about two or so months ago now and so far we love them! Niagara Granite & Marble was affordable and timely. So far the product has been quite durable! Would definitely reccomend!

This is our second time using Niagara Granite and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Amy in the shop is super friendly and helpful, allowing you to browse the slabs at your leisure, and Mike and the guys are as professional as it gets. Their counter joints (if required) are virtually undetectable and the price is right. Also, the wait time is less than half of what I've experienced at other counter places. From start to finish it was done in a couple of weeks. I had quotes from other places talking about a 3 month wait. Niagara granite is the best.

One last example: I sent Mike home with my kitchen sink still in the box. I hadn't even opened it yet so I didn't notice that the sink in the box was actually different from the picture on the box and the cutout template included. (Manufacturing issue) Well instead of just cutting out the sink according to the template, they actually noticed the mismatch, and had Amy call me to clear up the issue, just to make sure I got the sink I wanted. How many other companies would take the time to notice that and then take the time to reach out to me?

From the beginning the experience was very professional and friendly. We upgraded our kitchen countertop from laminate to quartz and even ended with a beautiful waterfall finish on one side. Amy and Mike were a fantastic help choosing the right product that worked with our budget. The measurements were done by Phil and everything lined up perfectly after he installed our new counter with Chris and Eddie.
All in all great experience and you can tell that they put a ton of pride into their customer service and final product installation.

This company did an amazing job in our new home. Professional, courteous and accommodating. Installed a massive island in kitchen without a hitch. Measurements were accurate. Finishing workmanship beautiful. Even helped to fix a botched job in our bathroom from Custom Granite who happened to have a granite we liked for one bathroom but had horrible customer service.
