I have always liked this store. Always get good customer service. So I am not sure who I spoke to today but needed to check an item number before I drove to the store.Made the call. Person verified the item and picked it off the shelf and left it at the cash register to be picked up by my daughter. Thanks a million St Catharines Rona and whoever the mystery dude was !!

This is a very small store. It is stocked up pretty good. Rona is my least liked home improvement store and I rarely find anything that I am looking for when I stop in.

Rona is not only a great place. It has an amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, and
knowledgeable. Every time I go I leave with what I need, and sometimes great advice
