I was looking for a really good garden hose as I was sick of returning the big box stores "contractor grade" hoses every year or two. Tried Seaway Fluid Power on a recommendation from a friend who said they make custom lengths. Met Derrick who offered me a few options including the pre-packaged regular hoses and the overbuild custom hoses. He was very informative and took a lot of time for what I'm sure is a small sale to them. Quote was ready in 1 hour and after we agreed, the hose was ready in less than 1 hour. I went with the "overkill" hose. The official quote was within a few dollars of his initial rough estimate. In the big picture really not that much more than what you pay for a "contractor grade" hose that lasts 2 years. In the event that I have to replace a connector or something its nice to know I can stop in for a quick fix and not have to buy an entire hose. Highly recommended. Thanks Derrick!

Great company to deal with. Had Derrick come into my shop and help out getting a new industrial compressor the same day. Really got me out of a jam as my shop was dead in the water without his help. Rare to see people go the extra mile. Great service guys!

Went to pick up some plastic tubing for the shop. The young man that greeted me was very cheerful and helpful. He retrieved the tubing quickly and i was on my way. The new location is convenient with lots of parking. Very clean and orderly, too. Great service! Highly recommend!
