Fantastic service this morning from Stella of Stellas Fireplaces in St Catharines.
We had trouble lighting our fireplace after installation of new Batteries in the receiver.
We were so fortunate to have Stella walk us through the start up procedure over the phone It was a success. We have heat!
Our room will be toasty warm all winter !

Stella's was downright amazing from start to finish. The sales team in the showroom was courteous and helpful in assisting us with finding the perfect insert for our home and budget. Their team even caught some major issues with our mantle that another vendor ignored which would have lead to a large headache at installation.

Their installation team was incredibly knowledged and professional. They arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently, taking time to address any issues calmly and without stress. They took care to protect our floors, furniture, and home and left the place clean.

In addition to their excellent service and Installation Stella's also sold us the fireplace at a price lower than other vendors were charging for the same model, and had much more knowledge about the trim and style options for the fireplace we had chosen. We would use them again in a heartbeat!
