The service people from Burlington have been there as needed even offering help to get things done if they could diagnose/solve over the phone!

We've had our Maxxus about 15 years and although getting old we're not ready to trade it in yet but when the time comes the choice will be simple.. St. Catharines it is.

My sister and I bought a hot tub (Edison) from the Sundance store in St Catharines. We absolutely love our tub and use it at least 4-5 times a week. The guys at the store have been fantastic every time we go to ask questions (especially Rob!). When the grandkids changed the menu settings they will walk us through how to get it back to normal. When we can't figure out why there is foam, one of them will take a water sample and explain to us what to do to get the water back to clear. I have always been a sceptic with buying expensive things over something that "will do" but our Sundance hot tub has been the best investment in our physical and mental health that we have ever made and it has made living through the pandemic more bearable.

Had been here yesterday and was pleased. Excellent customer care. I just owned a spa from my previous owners and was so confused on how to take care of it. Going online made it seem more difficult and I kept procrastinating taking care of it even more. Met Robert there and he explained everything so well that managing it looks pretty easy now.
