(November 29, 2021, 3:20 pm)I had to renew my license today and because i have been going through chemo i have lost my hair. I asked if there was any way i could use the picture on my license as i have no hair right now. It's the only thing I'm vain about. The clerk made a phone call and because i was also downgrading my license they were able to do it for me. Wonderful compassion and empathy and an overall great experience.
(November 12, 2021, 4:43 pm)Good service Ontario location. The line moved pretty fast on a Friday morning. More services should be available online to make it easier for everyone, but the staff here were friendly and helpful.
