Recently my family needed to hire a private security firm to watch my parents house to protect my mother from wandering, who has late stage Alzheimer’s. Right from the first time I was in contact with his company they were extremely professional. The contact I had with them throughout the entire time of service was extremely professional and caring for the actual needs of my family and my mother. I would highly recommend this company if you need someone to watch and protect your loved ones. Almost every day the scheduler would contact me to make sure everything was OK and to my liking. At the beginning and end of each shift their staff would let me know they were there and they were leaving and that the night was OK. I even had a phone call with one of the staff telling me about their personal life and their contacts with their own family member and Alzheimer’s. They were caring and personal in their contacts with me. Right to the end when my mom had moved out, they contacted me and asked if everything had turned out OK. I highly recommend this company, if you want people who don’t treat you as a way to make money, but really care about your needs.
