We had Sue come our to discuss our landscaping options following a flood. While she wasn't able to help us with what she needed, she spent over an hour giving us suggestions and getting us connected with people who were able to help.

I'm not a paying customer, but one day my parents were moving long pieces of lumber and Sue was next door finishing up on a job. She spent one hour to help them load, transport and unload in her truck just to help them out. Wouldn't accept any payment, but hope she will accept our family's deepest gratitude.
