An amazing experience! They helped with my Achilles rupture and getting me into the right boot!

I have purchased 2 braces from here. I recently had a custom made brace done. Due to frequent use, the material became stretched, and the Velcro wasn’t adhering properly. I was able to get in relatively quickly, I met with the same man that helped me with the initial purchase. He listened to what wasn’t working and was able to make the necessary modifications while I waited. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and have impressed me both times I have used their services. The only thing that would improve this experience is if they were able to bill and receive payment from the insurance companies directly online. However, this is a limitation on the insurance company side, not a “them”. issue.
Also, they validate parking, which is a nice end to an already positive experience!

I was referred here from the orthopedic clinic at the hospital. Great service very professional took some time with me and answered all my questions. Added bonus-they offered to cover my parking cost while I was there! Thanks a lot Sovoeun Muon

She conducted a very professional and knowledgeable assessment of my feet and provided me with information and recommendations about orthotics. She custom made orthotic inserts for my shoes and I am so happy with the results! The change that I feel in my feet and legs is incredible. I wish I had gone in to see Laura sooner! I would highly recommend this business and Laura Pantano to anyone!!!
