Property Rehab was a pleasure to work with through initial quotation and project walk through to completion in May 2020. The project began in fall 2019 and site work began mid January 2020. Roger and the team are skilled in the renovation trades and they all made sure to get the work done expertly. Even when faced with site challenges that usually come up in projects that involve structural work, Roger and the team came up with innovative cost-effective solutions. The team worked through COVID - as enabled through legislation, safely with the necessary precautions to get us to project completion. Working with our designer, Tracy Clipsham of Liv4Design went very well as the whole crew focused on making sure we were happy and loved the outcome of the project.
