He fully explained the process and the work he would need to do. We are thrilled with the finished product. In fact, we are now going to have another one installed at our front door

Right off the bat we hit it off and after the some of the pandemic restrictions were lifted Alex gave us a few dates that worked for him and us. He was prompt, experienced, fast and clean. He also let the neighbors ask him questions and gave them a demo of our new screen, which ended up getting him a new order.
DEFINITELY recommend Alex and his product.
