I would have absolutely ran the other way had I based my expectations on these reviews.
From my experience, Carolyn was absolutely fantastic to deal with! She was extremely helpful and genuinely went the extra mile to assist with everything today.
I could not have had a more pleasant interaction with her and the team.
The optician was very thorough with his exam, was quite personable and I would utilize his services again in a heart beat.
