(August 27, 2019, 12:14 am)I caught a flat tire outside of St Catherines during a bike ride from Toronto to Niagara Falls. I called in to Eric's shop asking how long service would take and explained how I only had an hour and a half to call an Uber to his shop, get my bike fixed, and then bike 15 kilometres to the Niagara GO Train station.
Eric offered to drive out to me and fixed my tire on the side of the road. Never could have expected such great service from a cycle repair shop. Absolutely amazing. -
