Niagara Pre-Hung Doors

We had a window insert out in our front door - it was very dark in our hall before. It’s beautiful and makes all the difference in the world. Everyone was great from start to finish. They were friendly and efficient and their prices were reasonable. Would recommend!!!

From our first contact with Tim in the showroom to the John and Jamie installing our new front door, Niagara Pre-hung was top notch. I must admit that the very classy nature of their showroom led me to believe that their prices would be high, but they aren't. The pricing was very fair, the selection was excellent. Jeff (?) the man who came over to measure was professional and very informative, answering all of our questions. Then the installers floored us. They were clean and polite, very accommodating, and even caught that the door sweep was defective before they left, promising to come back asap to fix it. It feels like every one of the folks at Niagara Pre-hung is an owner of the company. Great job, 12 stars!

Great customer experience. On the phone while offering, they were able to make sure I was ordering exactly what I needed. They offered suggestions to cut down my wait time, and were able to get me what I needed in only a few days rather than 8 weeks like their competitors. On arrival, I was able to pick up my door quickly and easily. Great service!

Great business to deal with from the start of picking the doors to the installation of them all. The staff in the showroom were excellent answering any pertinent questions we had throughout the entire process. Honest and upfront. The installation crew John and Jamie were extremely professional, meticulous, clean and paid a lot of attention to detail. As we are picky, can be tough customers at times because we want a job well done they were definitely the right crew to get the job done properly . Thanks guys.
