Staff was very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Drivers were very professional and took care in dropping off and picking up dumpster as not to damage driveway. I would recommend there services to anyone and the price was the best I could find.

I am in the process of renovating my house and, a few weeks ago, required a dumpster. I visited Ken's Salvage's website and, immediately, found all of the information that I needed with respect to dumpster sizes. I contacted Ken's via e-mail (after hours) and, surprisingly, received a response from Jenny Martin, who provided me with details regarding ordering and prices. Ken's rental prices are much lower (in some cases, more than $100 cheaper) than comparable bins offered by other organizations throughout Niagara. I opted for the 14-yard bin, which was delivered to my residence within 24 hours. After a short phone call a couple of days later, the bin was picked up without any issues. Even though I provided my credit card information to Jenny over the phone, I still received a physical receipt, which was placed in my mailbox. I received another confirmation of pick-up invoice upon the bin's retrieval. Overall, Ken's Salvage's services are affordable and exemplary. Call with confidence!
