I would give zero stars but unfortunately I feel most builders would probably be the same. Cheapest job possible followed by plenty of repairs after closing. Purchase only the upgrades that cannot be done after completion (9 foot ceilings). Do not put any more money in their pocket than you have to.

This is the first home that we have had built by Mountainview, and we have been delighted from start to finish. Every team member seemed genuinely interested in providing excellent and timely customer service. Despite the pandemic, each stage of the design and build process proved seemless. Very happy with the end result, and pleased to recommend to other homebuyers.

I have built three homes now with Mountainview, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The customer service and attention to detail is unparalleled. The willingness of the design team and architecture department to work with the purchasers to make their home everything they are envisioning, with the addition of their expertise, is what puts Mountainview a step above all their competitors. They are the only choice in my opinion.
