Simki Rentals have been fantastic for me. Ny wife and I recently purchased our first rental property and they’ve made my experience with managing it a complete breeze. They were able to get my house fully rented out despite ongoing COVID struggles (at fantastic rent amounts as well). They’ve given me the peace of mind I really needed since I don’t live particularly close to my property and am extremely busy with my day to day life, so I don’t have the ability to manage my property myself. Simki Rentals’ representatives are an open book and are always willing to answer questions as they walk you through what their process is. Not only are they helping me make money, they’re helping me learn along the way as well. Couldn’t have entrusted my property to a better group, I highly recommend working with them!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Simki Rentals has always taken care of my needs with quick and responsive action. Whenever I needed help with a problem in my house, they would come and aid me in any way, shape, or form. I would honestly sign with them again based on the level of service and professionalism they possess. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for making my university experience amazing!
