Shawn did an inspection one day after contact as I was on a tight schedule and sent me the report the same day. It was very professionally handled and since I am buying a 100 year old home I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection. He even checked for areas of heat loss which is important to save on heating costs. Highly recommend his services.
