The crew arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. I watched in horror as all of this dryer dust and debris came out. There were mounds all over the ground underneath our deck. We were absolutely ready to have a terrible fire. The last company that cleaned our dryer vent refused to go under the deck and said that it was fine to just clean the dryer hose. They said they will come back after the deck is down in a couple of years and go under our deck. wonderful company with great employees. We couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for a company with integrity, you’ve just found it.
