Felix and his team from "custom made concrete" came very promptly to my home and gave me a very reasonable price for two jobs I had him undertake. Having had several other cement projects done in the past, notably by three other professional companies, I found his service to be over and above what I have previously experienced.
The job was very well executed, aesthetically pleasing and very precise. One of the jobs I had done was a slab of concrete for my shed and the other was some landscaping, which involved a rather difficult engineering task, which was undertaken by him extremely well. He also listen to my every request and provided me with several options, which I had not considered, to further enhance my project. Moreover, he did the work quickly and kept me informed of all the steps needed to accomplish the task.
All of this work to my residence was performed it in a timely manner and I was never inconvenienced with waiting for his return to complete the job.
As a further note, to those trying to find honest work at a reasonable price, he is returning in the spring of 2023 to do my patio and a few flowerbeds. Felix is very honorable, and doesn't overprice for cement price influxes, which may occasionally occur.
I trust that he will continue to provide me with the most wonderful service for any projects that he will undertake.
Unlike many other companies, he cared for my existing landscaping and did not cause any damage to my lawn. To my surprise, he also cleaned up all of the debris around his work area and was wonderfully courteous, and did not damage any neighbouring residences.
As far as a recommendation, his prices, exemplary work and very exacting professional approach to his job are very rare these days and as a result, I will never need to seek another company to undertake any of my concrete needs in the future.
