Fonthill Feb 24th, Jasper was excellent, friendly and attentive. Jasper is a 5 Star.

However, on Monday Feb 22nd, a different employee was there. She was the exact opposite. Unfriendly, inattentive, and she told me I needed to fast for the tests. This turned out to be untrue. She is a 1 Star, or less.

She didn't want to be there, a s she definitely did not want to do her job, this was very clear.

I have to go for bloodwork monthly if not weekly and this is the best lab in the area. I stumbled across it 2 years ago and find the lab techs very personable. I brought my daughter with severe needle phobia there for bloodwork and was very anxious not knowing how the staff with react to a kid having a full-blown crying and telling panic attack. Wow, we’re they great. We were sure to book and appointment for this and they were in time and ready for the possibility of drama. Thank you to Alpha Labs Welland team!

I can't say enough good things about this lab! The staff are so kind and accomodating (I am terrified of bloodwork). Jasper was an angel! Hands down will only be going to this location going forward.
