Best Western Plus Rose City Suites

Although well-maintained and clean, the hotel is really starting to show its age and the common areas, such as hallways, could use a renovation. Otherwise, the rooms themselves had newer furniture and comfortable beds. Breakfast options were mainly reheated packaged food (but many hotels also do that too).

Our stay at your Best Western was excellent . We were met by John who was very professional. ROOM WAS SO CLEAN and comfortable. Breakfast outstanding. Thank you we will be back. Collette, Joanne and John.

Pleasant and amiable staff. Stayed as part of an out of town wedding party. Perfect place for that type of thing. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchenette was well appointed.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel!

Room: Very clean and well-organized. They even had a kitchenette, which was cool. The beds were very comfortable! The only complaint is how you can hear the people walking above (creaking sounds), which becomes very distracting, especially during the night. Try to get your room in the highest floor level!

Staff: The staff at this hotel were very amiable. They enjoyed talking with their customers, and had a happy attitude (especially the front desk and breakfast area)!

Hotel: The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Really not much else to say!

Others: WiFi was pretty fast. Staff members helped us with whatever issues we had and took the time to actually explain their reasoning.

Will come back next time!

Hotel is updated and very clean. Nice well equipped suites. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the typical fast hotel style....a bit processed but fine. Breakfast area was kept very clean. Check in and out was quick. Unfortunately I had a poor nights sleep as there was a lot of creaking from people walking around on the the floor above, which continued into the early hours of the morning and then started again at 6 am. The hotel even supplies ear plugs (which may have been a clue) but even these didn’t help...it was loud! The fridge was also very noisy.
I mentioned this at check out and the young lady shrugged and said that it was a wood framed building and there was nothing they could do. I did have a nice follow up message from the manager later though.
I would stay in this BW again, but would request to be on the top floor.
