Both Bobby and Jim are both so knowledgeable in boxing. Bobby was a Canadian champ, and they both know a lot about coaching . I would recommend their gym to everyone and anyone, it is so worth it for the price as well compared to a lot of other places who charge an arm and a leg. Best of luck.
Always a great experience at Blands boxing, great cardio workout, boxing instruction, and with covid19 taking all precautions to protect the members and their families. Highly recommend this gym.
