We moved to the Niagara region 2 years ago and have used Bob Pietz Heating and Air Conditioning to service our furnace and AC unit on several occasions. They are responsive, professional and have great rates. Dustin has looked after us every time and is very knowledgeable with great tips on how to keep the systems working great. Highly recommend this local business.

Can’t speak highly enough about the company and in particular, Dustin, who installed the natural gas lines in my backyard. He arrived on time, was professional and took the time to explain to me everything he was going to do so that I understood. Even when we had an issue with the fire table after hooking it up, Dustin came back out to help troubleshoot, even though the issue was with the table and No fault at all of Dustin’s work. He used his tool to help identify where the leak was in the table and I was able to take a picture of it in action to send to the place that built the fire table and assist in getting it replaced. Great service, great price, great company all around. Don’t hesitate to use them!

Rob and Dustin did an excellent job of replacing my hot water tank. They gave me an upfront estimate and it was very reasonable and when the work was done, there were no extra costs. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions in a friendly manner and explained how the tank worked. Highly recommended.
