(June 29, 2019, 10:07 pm)I was pleasantly surprised by the man at the customer service. I have not been impressed with the product knowledge and experience in the past. This guy was excellent. Im sorry, I forget his name. If more were like him, I would go to Canadian Tire more often.
(June 19, 2019, 2:04 am)Bought a vacuum at this location less than a year ago. The vacuum slowly started to lose suction, and eventually would completely shut off in the middle of cleaning. I called the manufacture and they were no help whatsoever. As a last resort, I took the vacuum back to this Canadian Tire location in which they informed me that it still had an included 2 year repair warranty. Even though I was only covered for repair, the manager at the service desk exchanged for a brand new model with no questions asked. Couldn’t ask for better customer service! A+ job by these guys.
Store is always clean, well stocked, and has about almost everything you would ever need. Definitely recommend
(May 16, 2019, 5:24 pm)Awesome, simply awesome. I wanted to be a sturdy case yesterday and the ONLY one in a store in Niagara was at the Welland location. I drove there from Niagara Falls, purchased it (with a set of matching locks), and returned home... only to find the exact same case for 30% off at another store. Further, I noticed that TODAY when you spend $100 you receive a $20 gift card! So, I was caught in a DOUBLE whammy. Usually, I look at these situations with a "time is money" attitude, but given the circumstances I decided to return the items to the store yesterday and return today to take care of everything at once. Mission accomplished! Without any hassle I repurchased the case at the sale price, re-bought the locks, bought a couple bags of chips to push over $100, and received my $20 gift card. I have always loved Canadian Tire, but this level of customer service is simply fantastic, and is another reason I continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommended!
