Enjoyed my visit at Chuck's Roadhouse. Had the sirloin and NY strip and both were good. Price is excellent for what you get. Service was also good. Definitely will be back.

We ate at the new Welland restaurant. The staff were very nice. It is a new restaurant so the kinks need to be worked out. We only waited 15 min for a table. Very clean and sanitized.
3 staff asked how our food was... it was delicious BUT it was cold. Every meal except the baked potatoes on our plate. All 4 meals. We didn’t say anything because it took over 45 min to get our food. We didn’t want them to make it over again. You can’t microwave it. We didn’t want them to remake it. If Chuck’s reads this I encourage them to really take this comment seriously because cold food is something I heard before from other locations. The food was delicious and the portions were excellent for the price. I would just review why meals are going out warm or literally cold.
