(March 1, 2020, 7:18 pm)My appointment was at 1:00, waited until 2:00 then I walked out. Another costumer who came in 30 minutes after me was taken first. I wasn't acknowledged by either staff member working there, even as I walked out through the doors.
I have been using H&R Block the past 5ish years and have been happy with the service provided. However, I won't be returning.
