Kevin sold my house in Port Colborne and he was a god send!! We have two large dogs and the house is 900 square feet so keeping the place clean is impossible. Kevin told me right off the bat that if we listen to him we’ll do well, so I listened! He always gave multiple options of what we COULD do but he always swayed you towards the right option to choose. Following Kevin’s lead we did what we could in the few days we had to prep our house for sale. It was listed on a Thursday morning at 12:30am and by Saturday at noon we were reviewing 6 offers, 5 of them over asking. Kevin is a very professional, friendly and hard working realtor. I used him for both the selling of my house and the purchase of my current home. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the market very well. He priced my house accordingly when selling, which took no time at all! If I had any questions or wanted to view a property, he got back to me very quickly and with appointments for showings. He was very patient and easy to work with and I never felt like he was pressuring me or trying to oversell me on a home. He worked hard to find me my current home (which I love) and made the process comfortable and easy.
