She was always available for questions or concerns. I also retained her for a N4 application, she was able to handle the matter for me perfectly. I contacted Ms Travers, in regards to a landlord and tenant issue; my relationship with my landlord wasn't great as they didn't follow the fundamentals/rules of the landlord and tenant regulations.
