Excellent and fast service. Dropped off the phone, had a call whithin the hour said it was already fixed and ready for pick up. Couldn't of asked for better service. I trust these guys with any of my handheld devices. Thanks again for your help.......
This is the only place I trust to repair my phone or tablet/ipad. They are honest and very efficient. They back their services if anything goes wrong ( keep receipt) and offer excellent customer service. I Highly recommend them even if you have to travel a bit!
Went in for issue with my iPod not charging. Fixed the issue very fast and very reasonable. For anything from phones to iPods I recommend this place thanks again! A+
When it comes to service and support in cell / tablet phone repair, you need to adjust your expectations a bit. The devices you are trying to get repaired decrease the likely hood of being repaired quickly the older they get. What I will say is if is a quick fix great but anything beyond that your device was meant to be replaced so don't demand quick and even adequate service if you fall into the latter category. Now that your expectations have been adjusted I will tell you my experience....My kids phone sustained water damage. I was referred to Niagara Cell Phone Repair by a friend. When I went there I was able to quickly explain my issue and labeled the phone with contact info after a disgruntled customer demanded there money back (see expectations above). It was very hard to get a hold of them but after 2 days I was able to get a call back explaining the phone needed an LCD replacement for $200. I paid $269 for the the phone new a year ago. I said thanks but no thanks. I picked up my phone and paid a small diagnostic fee of $20. Don't expect them to be hero's or you will set yourself up for failure.....
