Not Your Ordinary Pet Shop

This guy was very knowledgeable on his pets and dry helpful and assisted my friends with their transaction ?my daughter and I also met Frank and Godzilla ?

Order is incredibly knowledgeable and very welcoming. My son's hockey team played in a tournament in Welland and the owner invited us to the store to meet some animals and learn about them. Sugar Glidders, Snakes, Bats, reptiles and so on. It was an incredibly experience

Very nice owner who is very knowledgeable a does everything he can to provide a wide variety of animals (even rare ones) and a range of knowledge for every animal he carries. He not only shows his care for the customers by doing great sales but by doing custom special orders, but he shoes his care for the animals too with the time he spends cleaning, bonding and nursing in addition to that making sure those who care for the pets know how to do so healthily. "Not Your Ordinary Pet Shop" really drives home a positive experience despite the disadvantage of a smaller and quiet location don't listen to those who say otherwise!

Very kind and caring Pet store owner. Not much to choose from, but lots of healthy and good quality products! I Love seeing the animals, but there cages do need more cleaning and has a bit of a smell in there. Great prices too. They pet store owner seems to know a lot about the animals he works with!

Wonderful small store. The owner was quite kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store if you want something "out of the ordinary". They don't carry your typical pets like guinea pigs or cats etc.
