4 stars only because the week of the wedding I went to make our final payment and they had lost our order. This gave me anxiety the order wouldn’t come but everything was delivered as expected and on time.

I have rented dishes for home many times over the years as well as purchased and rented things in the course of doing my job and they have always been helpful and accomodating. I just ordered my Christmas dishes again this year with no problem.
