We would definitely recommend Andrew and his company SNC foundation solutions. Our elderly neighbor had a leak in her basement and asked for our assistance. We new Andrew had come to the rescue a few times. He is a reliable contact and always responds in a timely manner! Time was taken to determine what was causing the problem and he explained everything to our elderly neighbor who was previously quoted astronomical amounts and very complicated jobs. We appreciated the time he took. Very professional knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to call them again! Terrific service and very honest!

Andrew and his crew completed external waterproofing of our foundation and also installed a basement egress window. Andrew is very hands on and closely monitors and works along with his crew. we had our entire house lifted, over 400 cement blocks removed and replaced. we didn't realize how close the gas line was to the house , so they had to actually pick ax the driveway and then dig the foundation out. It was incredible...they were done 2 days earlier than they estimated and came in right on budget, even having to dig the foundation. These guys are the real deal, if you need work done, call them. I have pictures from start to finish if needed...superior quality, work and value
