Amazing customer service! As a newbie to metal recycling I was apprehensive about visiting and I had a ton of questions about the process. I emailed this morning and Laurie called me an hour ago with a complete how to guide and answered all my questions. She was very patient and was so kind, I really appreciated all her help. She gave me the confidence to come by and drop off all the metal I have laying around. Thank you so much for making this whole experience very comfortable so far! I can't wait to come by.

EDIT. I dropped all of my metal off and the guys in the yard were just as kind and helpful with the process! I can't recommend this location enough.

Professional place. Very kind/ helpful people on the yard and professional. And awesome from all the things we have to recycle from our households, the only items we can get paid for is steel/iron. SLM is buying from me! Thanks

I had the best experience ever with this company. RICKY was exceptionally nice, polite. He went above and beyond to offload me. He was quick and efficient. Offloaded in twenty minutes. It’s one of the best places for delivery and pickup. Thanks a lot RICKY, you made my day.

Unloading withing 25 minutes. Paperwork is swift. Scale in and out. Overnight parking is possible near the gate, not recommended, haven't parked ever. Some nice people work here!
