Professional and friendly! We've been using Dr. Pampena and The Pines Dental Office for over 5 years and could not imagine going anywhere else!
My 2 young sons (4&5) were terrified of going to the dentist (thanks to our previous dentist ????????). We found The Pines dental offices, and met Dr.Dave Pampena. The boys are not scared of going anymore, and actually let Dr.Dave and Dr.Palencar do their fillings!!!! The front desk staff, all the dental assistants, and the 3 dentists I've met are all so lovely, patient, and very easy to work with. The office is clean, professional, and they can direct bill as well! I can't say enough good things about this place! Our whole family goes here now, and will continue to do so as long as we live in welland!! Thank you Pines Dental!!!! ❤❤❤
The office staff are friendly, kind and compassionate. Dr Dave is really knowledgeable. He even set us on the right path to get our children diagnosed with a rare condition, saving us $1000's in dental costs. I am so happy we found this office.
Currently going through ortho, and it’s been a very easy calm experience thus far. Wonderful people work here! I’m very happy I chose to get ortho through them.
Dr. Pampena and staff are not only professional, they are honest, knowledgeable and gentle. They go that extra mile to assure that each and every patient is comfortable and well taken care of for all their dental needs. They made me aware of the cost of my emergency visit before I had the work done and I had no discomfort during or after the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Pampena to family and friends.
