I love this store. Friendly workers. If they are sold out of the item you want, they will order it for you. Big selection of laptops. I bought mine here. Apple iPads, Android Tablets, etc.

Alot has changed at The Source in the years since I managed the store. Customer service is definitely lacking these days. There has been time recently I've stood around in the store for 10 min before someone has come out of the back to greet me. Product knowledge doesn't seem to be as important anymore unless you are looking for one of their best sellers or any Bell services. The atmosphere of the store is cold and uninviting. Sure it's bright and clean but it just doesn't give a welcoming vibe. I'm not trying to bash them as a disgruntled former employee. I'm just calling it as I see it. And I'm not the only one that feels this way. I have a lot of former regular customers who I see every so often that tell me they avoid shopping there now if they can. Unfortunate, but it is what it is

Great staff, answered all of my questions with comfort. They were extremely helpful to someone who knows very little. Great customer service!!!

The staff is always friendly to the customers and more than willing to help out anyway they can. If they aren't sure on something they are willing to look into it for you to ensure you know what you need know. It's got a pretty good selection but it could use a little more stock.
