Both my wife and I were long time customers of this business. On 2 occasions in the last 14 months we had to return our wine as it tasted like varsol. Not impressed with the way the manager treated us. Thankfully our negative experience here lead us to another local supplier who offers quality products in a friendly/fun atmosphere. Much better wine purchasing experiences to be found in Welland.

Theresa makes the whole process so easy. Her establishment is metculously clean which is extremely important when bottling wine. Quality of product is excellent. If you have never bottled wine before, have no worries. Theresa guides you through the whole process effortlessly and will help you with selection(s). Theresa is the wine making aficionado.
