All staff including the manager and goldsmith, who treat you as if you are #1 client, helpful with suggestions on my settings and assisted me with the chose of my chains for the pendants, attentive, very friendly, and most professional at all times. Called and communicated many times to let me know the order of the chain had not been received, and the goldsmith (Lisa) called to suggest a longer chain, which was a perfect fit. Very happy and would continue to go back and would highly recommend to all my family and friends.
