I was blown away by the great job the team did today. They worked on 2 trees, one was a very large silver maple. Now they are graceful looking mature trees. Exceptionally satisfied! And especially pleased there was a girl on the crew.

Very responsive and great attention to detail. Requested a stump grind on a Friday and stump was ground on following Monday. Very thorough and more than happy with service.

I work as a professional falconer. Max, my male Harris Hawk, managed to get himself caught by a jess 70’ up yesterday. I had to call an arborist for help. Greg and Jason from Arbor Heights Tree Services were real heros. They love doing animal rescue, have nerves of steel, and said they can travel just about anywhere in southern Ontario. So if you ever find yourself in a similar bind, here is someone you can call. I endorse them 100%. I will also have them out to do some large-tree pruning at my place soon!

I had called Arbor Heights for a quote for two trees after another arborist was giving me the run around. Peggy was great and took my info for a future visit for a quote. Two days later a storm came through and knocked one of the trees down. After I called them again I had a crew at my door for an “emergency call” in 30 mins! The guys assessed the trees and wrote me a quote up at a great price. Jason and crew were efficient and respectful. A week later a different crew came to grind the stump out and were also incredibly kind and professional. All around great crew of employees and couldn’t be happier with the work they did.

It was a absolute pleasure to work with the team at Arbor Heights. Great communication very fair price, and they left the property VERY clean! Moving forward we will be using them exclusively.
