  We purchased a new fifth wheel trailer yesterday. Our experience with Dino Ding was very pleasant. He is new to the business, however, he did a great job. He was accommodating, very patient, no pressure, and enjoyable to deal with. Damen, the finance gentleman, was very knowledgeable and pleasant too. All in all, a great experience. We look forward to receiving our trailer in a few weeks.

  I had to get the push out seal worked on, and the tires checked. The work was done very quickly, and I was advised of the completion right away. Dave the Rep. was extremely helpful, and went over the job before I took the RV home. the service was very good and easy to get through.

  Had a very positive experience at Sicard and bought an awesome camper. Great prices, excellent customer service and really good coffee too. Dino was my salesperson and he was a consummate professional throughout the process. No pressure sales just lots of options which is great since they have a huge inventory so you can into the camper that works best for you. Thanks again Dino and you too Roger and the rest of the team!

  These guys do it right. I have never seen such good customer service and so many staff that are in such good spirits, friendly and helpful. Ryan was awesome. No pressure sales and the two gentlemen who did our trailer walk through we're amazing! To everyone or anyone who is looking for an RV, I would say it is with the drive to Smithville! Thanks again to the whole team. Amazing work!!

  Thanks Dave M and Tressa P for looking after me and my rig while it was in for service and upgrades. I wasn't expecting RV service to be so easy but it turned out to be just as positive an experience as purchasing!
  
  Big thanks to Terry who noticed as I was leaving that my rig was a bit out of trim. (I had just started towing it with a bigger truck) Terry insisted that I leave it for another hour so as to adjust my trailer springs. During the job his team discovered a potential failure and fixed that too, all in the same hour. Now I know 100% for sure that my rig is safe for our upcoming trip to Florida, and she tows 10 times nicer after the adjustment.
  
  Terri in parts you were correct, the refrigerator bars are life changing!
  
  Solid leadership and a passionate crew, very impressed!
