Smithville Station

From start to finish my experience with Marz Homes at Smithville Station has been excellent. The entire team is really dedicated to customer service and building a good quality home. Even overcoming the COVID-19 challenges we were still in our house ahead of schedule. The home is built strong and well with great attention to detail. Our designer Natalie was fantastic and really helped us with our options and upgrades. Rudy the site supervisor is amazing and personally saw to any concerns we had. Kate and Jen were both great, they coordinated everything perfectly and were with us throughout the entire process. We did our Pre Delivery Inspection one week before we moved in (ahead of schedule at our request) Jordan was awesome and was the one pointing things out that he was not happy with. I would have never seen or noticed what he saw and it was all completed within a week before we moved in. I hope the senior management team reads this and sees what a great company they have built and what an amazing team they have working for them. I have already signed up for the next Marz Homes development THRIVE.
