Smithville Pharmacy

I walked into the Pharmacy/Walk-in clinic at 6:55pm and they were closing at 7pm. So thankful they were still able to see me. Very impressed with both Doctor's Assistant & Doctor (video conference from Mississauga) and Pharmacist. I was in & out within 15 minutes with medications in hand. Would highly recommend!

On the Friday before the Thanksgiving long weekend, we discovered that we did not have an extra bottle of a prescription that my husband uses (we had an extra bottle of a different prescription). We were worried that we would run out over the long weekend so went to the dermatologist's office (which was closed) and tried some walk-in clinics (which were too full and weren't taking any more patients). We started looking on the Internet and found that the Smithville Pharmacy has a Walk-In Clinic, so we headed off to it. My husband was promptly and professionally seen and his prescription was renewed. The pharmacist started contacting other places to get the prescription filled and ended up driving to Hamilton to get the prescription for my husband. Bottom line is that we are EXTREMELY PLEASED with the professional, friendly and efficient service. We will drive from Wainfleet to get our prescriptions filled there in the future. I went to this pharmacy/walk in this evening when my family doctor could not get me in for 3 days!! What a great experience! Doctor was extremely professional and thorough! After he was done my prescription was being filled by the pharmacist! The pharmacist was very personable and friendly! He is very into our supporting our community! What a great a experience and we our luck to have this available to our community!! Thank you

We went in on Tuesday December 12th with my daughter hoping to have her seen by the walk-in service. It was 930am, but unfortunately the walk-in service does not begin until 3pm. Nonetheless, the staff was quite helpful in recommending something to soothe the pain and advising us to visit the doctor rather than waiting until 3pm. We were graciously offered an Advil Junior trial pack to provide to her to ease her symptoms. Will definitely be back when the need arises.
