A very warm and welcoming place with a wide range of services for newcomers. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Mitva, a friendly member of the admin staff. She quickly briefed me on the services provided and then assisted me with registration. Everyone I met was interested in helping me. Thank you! I look forward to visiting again.

Always Satisfactory and excellent customer service by this location friendly staff always ready to help. Recommended for new comers to visit and learn how this culture and society works and how they can take part in making society better or at least maintain what we have in Canada and not in third worlds… Served by “Mitwa” a lot of times and she is always welcoming and genuinely trying her level best to solve the issues and providing the best customer service experience and services from this institution.

This is my happy place: giving me information to navigate my life journey in Canada from the beginning. All staff is wonderful. but I have become more attached to Simarjeet due to her out reach efforts to support me. Language assessment staff is also very patient, proactive and helpful. I wish them Merry Christmas and hope they will keep guiding me in their best possible manner in my settlement journey. I wish every one who is looking for help; must visit this place once.

When a person comes to a new country as newcomer, he/she does not only require help in job search but emotional help also. I would like to personally thank Ms. Simarjeet Kamboj for helping me emotionally in my initial months. She was always there to listen to my problems and suggesting valuable suggestions which I needed being a newcomer. She is definitely a wonderful and caring person who always follows up with her clients. She has made my stay in this country a lot easier.

Achēv -Brampton East organized a fun filled virtual Christmas event yesterday. I had so much fun being a part of all the cheerful activities! Congratulations to the team for their focus and hard work in welcoming newcomers to Canada with warmth and compassion, for giving them direction and delivering results. They also organise events for seniors and share valuable career information for newcomers.
