They have been extremely helpful in many facets: provided advice, rushed orders, bulk discounts, and even stayed late on my account. Given the amount of buisness conducted with them some mistakes are bound to occur. However, they have always gone above and beyond to rectify any errors. On all levels (Owners/Managment/commercial sales/counter sales or warehouse staff) they are all very helpful and provide a positive outcome.
