Alive and Free Hypnosis & Wellness

I am very grateful to Alive and Free! I came to overcome my anxiety and self sabotage. I needed help to overcome my negative thoughts. It was impacting my family, kids, and work. I did not want to get up in the morning. With the help of the hypnosis everything started to change! My thoughts were becoming positive and motivating. I started to feel good again. I was smiling. I feel back in control. The staff, Priyen, Neziha, Lisa and Yana were so supportive and caring. They have given me a new beginning and my LIFE back! They were amazing and I highly recommend them:)

They had amazing reviews, so many client videos on their website and in business for over 21 years. After going I felt so comfortable and knew this was the place for me.

The staff are so caring and supportive. They helped to empower me to take my life back! Lisa and Yana are so wonderful. The hypnosis reprogrammed my mind and eliminated my negative thoughts. I have not had a panic attack in over 1 year, I now have a great job I love and feel myself again. I am so grateful, and I highly recommend them. I can't thank them enough.

Great experience I highly recommend them! I lost 54 pounds and have kept it off for over 2 years now. The staff are so caring and encouraging. Their service was amazing. They are so knowledgeable and hypnosis really WORKS!!! It changed my mindset and help me to overcome my bad eating choices and habits. I no longer crave sweets or junk food. I drink water and WANT to exercise. My husband still can't believe it. I feel and look great and this is the best program I have ever done.

The program really helped me to overcome my depression issue. Personalized recording with the hypnotist really helpful to uplift my spirit. Yana my hypnotist did very good job!
