The staff was very professional and friendly, starting with the receptionist. The job was done well and in a timely manner. The mechanic sprayed and cleaned my windows before handing over the car. Going through my first accident was painful enough, however Ron and his team at Assured Auto have done an outstanding repair on my car. It looks better than before and I'm pretty sure it's cleaner as well. They were exceptional at communicating the process, and also gave me a piece of mind when they were keeping me updated on the progress they've made. I am very pleased with my experience at Assured, and I can't thank them enough!
