I called Fuat at AVCI security looking for a camera system install after my local businesses did not seem interested in doing the job. After speaking to Fuat I realized I was quoted a price on old technology at a fairly high price. Fuat took the time to explain everything to me and provided a great price. I was very happy with the installation. Fuat was on time and most of all trusted me as we negotiated everything over the phone. Incredible work done by this company! I had inquire about security cameras for my new home in Hamilton and Fuat was very quick to respond. He answered all my questions and even went beyond to explain the differences between products and helped me choose which is best for me.

I had inquire about the camera system the night before and he was able to work around his schedule to have it installed the next morning. He travelled all the way from Brampton to Hamilton to have this installation done.

Overall, the camera is absolutely amazing and the quality is awesome! The installation was tidy and clean. Above expectation! All the wiring was completely tucked away and you cannot see a thing.

After the installation of the camera, Fuat walked me through everything including how the system works and how to set it up on my mobile device. Very impressed with the service!
