(November 18, 2020, 5:01 pm)My experience with Ayr motor was good, in the beginning I had some issues with dispatch on how I was treated but with I brought it up with Supervisors and the owner and it was corrected right away. I was there for a short time only because I left for a snow plowing job for the winter and plan on returning back to Ayr Motor in the spring. I get lots of miles even driving Canada only and all around its a good company to work for, trucks are clean and maintained well as long as the driver reports any problems, even small things like a 12v socket get repaired or replaced right away at the shop. When you first start out your a fill in driver until you get a truck assigned to you. All in all its a good company and I recommend applying.
