    My family and I upgraded our phones at Trinity Commons around a week and half ago. We were so happy to deal with Stephaun Edwards.     Great customer service by Stephaun at the Great Lakes bell location. He was very patient with all of our questions and made sure we got fair deals. I would definitely recommend Stephaun to anyone looking to speak to a bell representative.

    I came in for a smartwatch plan and left with a smartwatch plan. It wasn't easy for my situation but Stephaun was a professional from start to end. He made sure that what I came in for was what I got. Amazing customer service! Way better than the runaround Bell service I was getting over the phone and online. He sold me on this store location for sure. Thank you.
